Dan Epstein is CEO of ReSource Pro. Dan joined ReSource Pro in 2005 and became CEO one year later, leading it from a start-up with 25 employees, to a company with over 5,000 employees located in the U.S., China, and India. Dan has been named by Insurance Business America as one of the "Hot 100" leaders in the insurance industry. With a passion for the future of insurance, he served as Vice Chair on the board of The World Future Society. Dan's background includes founding and running a U.S.-based business association for Israeli technology start-ups and serving as a gunner in the armored corps of the Israel Defense Forces.

He has conducted research in Tanzania, East Africa, and worked on international trade in the U.S. House of Representatives. Dan's resumé includes an MBA from Columbia Business School, a master's degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics, and several stand-up comedy gigs in New York City. Evey is a Boeing 757/767 Captain at a major U.S. airline with over 15,000 hours. She has nearly three decades of experience in pilot training as the Chief Instructor of a large Part 61 flight school, Human Factors/CRM facilitator, B757/767 instructor, Vice Chairman of the pilot union training committee, and as Assistant Chief Pilot. Evey holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Dakota Center for Aerospace Sciences. In addition to serving as CEO of VTR, Captain Cormican is also co-chair of the VRARA Aerospace Committee and a member of Women in Aviation International and ISA+21 and serves on the Board of Directors of the nonprofit Breast Cancer Hub.

Project oriented problem-solving insurance professional with over 35 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. This experience led to more operational responsibilities which eventually landed her in her current role. Fatima Dean

As Director of Client Development, Fatima is responsible for a team of Client Executives who manage client relationships in the carrier, MGA, and wholesale space. In this capacity, Fatima's role is to lead collaboration, expansion, and growth within existing partnerships. With close to 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Fatima served most recently as the Chief Underwriting Officer and former Vice President of Underwriting at The Redwoods Group (a Crum & Forster company). In those positions, she was responsible for leading and directing underwriting strategy, as well as driving operational efficacy across the underwriting division.

Fatima is a career Underwriter and held positions with State Farm Insurance Company and Highlands Insurance Group at the beginning of her career. Throughout her career, she has come to enjoy the blend of technical underwriting and the operations side of the business. She has a wealth of experience managing large complex accounts and broker relationships from both the carrier and agency perspective. While leading underwriting strategy, Fatima guided her team in achieving exceptional underwriting results in challenging market conditions and has a track record of maintaining high customer retention levels with a strong focus on client relationships.

Fatima is passionate about giving back to her local community and volunteers her time with Dress for Success as a career coach, helping to empower women to achieve economic independence. Fatima also had the distinct honor of being one of 56 leaders selected to engage in the Leadership North Carolina Class of XXVI, which enables individuals from various industries to come together to leverage knowledge and resources for the benefit of the state and its people.

Outside of the office, Fatima enjoys spending time with her husband James and their two children, Breelyn and Garrison. Both of her children are talented student athletes, so she devotes a great deal of time traveling to their tournaments.

A native of Virginia's Eastern Shore, Fatima received her B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia (Wahoowa!). Fatima's home office is in Raleigh, NC.

Mike Abate is a Managing Director for the executive search practice of The Jacobson Group, where he leverages nearly 30 years of insurance experience to manage C-level, Vice President and other executive-level search engagements for clients from all sectors of the industry.

Mike's impressive insurance background stems from his longstanding tenure at MetLife. Mike served in a number of sales leadership and operational roles during his time with the global insurer, most recently as Head of Distribution overseeing a team of more than 150 responsible for $1.8 billion in premiums. He is a dynamic leader known for successfully spearheading numerous hallmark projects and cultivating a culture that inspires high performance and values individual contributions. Neal Enriquez is the Chief Underwriting Officer of Verita. Based in New York/New Jersey, Mr. Enriquez has spent many years leading and managing casualty insurance and risk management teams. From many years of experience and as a pioneer in the industry, Mr. Enriquez brings to Verita innovation in alternative forms of risk transfer and financing. He joined Verita from Sompo International where, for over six years, he managed the global Casualty insurance products. He was a founding member of Sompo's Global Risk Solutions division and was also responsible for structuring and negotiating its Casualty treaty reinsurance with U.S. and Lloyd's underwriters.

Mr. Enriquez has over 30 years of insurance experience ranging from financial audit and credit analysis to underwriting and risk management. Prior to Sompo, Mr. Enriquez led and managed Chubb's Risk Management Group and its portfolio of large and complex casualty insured clients; he also managed shared and layered property programs for Financial Institutions. He is also very familiar with property CAT insurance-linked securitizations (ILS) such as catastrophe bonds and sidecar debt from years of working at A.M. Best Company where he evaluated several ILS and assigned the related debt instrument ratings.

Mr. Enriquez has a bachelor's degree in business administration with major in accounting. He started his career with Ernst & Young International and KPMG where he practiced public accounting and held a Certified Public Accountant license.

Lisa Stahl

COO - Commercial Division

As Chief Administrative Officer, Lisa Stahl leads a growing and talented team supporting Arrowhead Programs' project and operational needs. Stahl's team is available for Customer Service, Operations, Policy Processing, Surplus Lines Administration, Billing / Collections, Vendor Management, Compliance Business Systems Analysts and Project Management Support. She is an internal resource for Best Practices and Regulatory Compliance and assists in the creation of new programs and implementing new carriers to Arrowhead as new products roll out and integrating new acquisitions in the Arrowhead Programs division.

Stahl joined Arrowhead in 1996 in the Underwriting Department of the Personal Auto Program, rising to the Assistant Vice President of Personal Lines Underwriting in 1998. In 2004, she joined the Commercial Division as the Vice President of Commercial Operations where she led the integration of the Commercial and Workers Compensation Operations teams including Policy Processing, Underwriting Support and Customer Service. Between 2013 and 2020 she was a leader in the integration and lift out of several programs from carrier partners. In 2023 she became the Chair of the Insurance Operations Improvement Committee for the Arrowhead Programs division of Brown & Brown.

Tiffany Poletti

COO - Core Commercial, Arrowhead

As the Chief Operating Officer for Core and Tribal Programs, Tiffany is responsible for executing the strategic and technology vision and overseeing the delivery of the exceptional operations service teams, in addition Broker engagement and distribution strategy for the Tribal Program . With over 18 years of insurance experience, Tiffany has held variety roles in the insurance industry from agency side, external and internal auditing, large transformation projects and operational leadership roles. Tiffany also has her CPA and CPCU.

Tiffany joined Arrowhead in 2017 with the formation of Arrowhead Core Commercial, prior to Arrowhead Tiffany worked for 7 years at QBE Insurance Company in various roles. Tiffany also worked at Deloitte and Touche in their advisory services practices for 3 years.

Adam Ranes

Director, Client Development, ReSource Pro

Adam joined ReSource Pro in 2016. He previously was with Lifelock, the identity protection company, where he worked with Top 100 P&C insurance carriers, superregional carriers, and membership-based organizations with more than 500,000 members. Prior to that, he was with Assurant, where he was responsible for selling affinity partnerships with membership-based organizations to Carriers, MGAs and retail agencies. His career began at Nationwide, where he had roles that included being a licensed sales agent, managing a call center, and ultimately was responsible for new and existing sales of Nationwide's largest affinity partnerships. Adam is a graduate of Roanoke College in Virginia and received his MBA from Iowa State University.

When not working, he enjoys playing the drums, watching college sports and collecting (and sampling) rare beers. But mostly, he enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and their four daughters. Adam's office is in Waukee, Iowa.

Brenda Grow

Senior Architect, Solutions, ReSource Pro

As a Senior Solutions Specialist, Brenda works with cross functional teams across the organization to develop solutions that met clients' business needs with special emphasis on ReSource Pro's proprietary solutions, including Policy Insights, Certs Center, Express IX, Carrier Insights and others. Her role is to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that solutions developed are aligned with clients' strategic goals.

Brenda joined ReSource Pro in March 2016 with over 30 years in the insurance industry, starting as a rater for a large insurance carrier. She spent many years at a large retail insurance agency, where she worked through the ranks from Account Assistant to Senior Vice President, Commercial Services Manager, and Director of Strategic Initiatives. Brenda led many projects, including managing the Quality Control and Operations teams, launching a new document and workflow management system, developing service standards and auditing mechanisms, and forging a partnership with ReSource Pro.

Brenda earned a B.A. from California State University, Long Beach and a Master's in Psychology from Pepperdine University. She is a licensed Property and Casualty agent in California and holds the ARM and CIC designations. Brenda also serves on the CISR Board of Directors through the National Alliance.

Noelle Codispoti, CPCU, ARM, is the Director of Emerging Talent Programs and Head of the Research Academy at the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. An accomplished leader in the early talent space, she leads the national growth strategy for the CISR High School Program, which allows students to earn the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation before they graduate high school, as well as the university, collegiate and apprenticeship programs.

In 2021, Noelle co-founded Verto LLC, a boutique consulting firm focused on advancing the next frontier of talent through authentic engagement at every level of an organization. Prior to founding Verto, Codispoti spent 10 years with Gamma Iota Sigma, the insurance industry's premier collegiate talent pipeline, as CEO actively advancing the discourse on recruiting, retention, and the future of the industry. Codispoti has been deeply committed to the diversification of the insurance industry talent pipeline, bringing the Global Dive In Festival to North America in 2016 and serving as Co-Champion for Dive In in the Americas until 2020.

Codispoti was honored by Business Insurance as of its 2013 Women to Watch, by Insurance Business America as of 2015's Hot 100 and one its 2015 Elite Women, by NAMIC as a 2017 Merit Society award winner and as their 2021 Service Award recipient. She received her BBA from Temple University, with a dual major in Actuarial Science and Risk Management and holds her Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations from The Institutes.

In 2019, Scott joined ReSource Pro's Operations Advisory team, bringing 30+ years of insurance and financial services experience. He began his insurance career in claims, where he spent nearly 18 years perfecting various roles eventually becoming a Regional Claims Officer. He spent the latter half of his career holding positions such as an AVP Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, VP and Global Chief Procurement Officer, VP of Operations BPO healthcare, and VP Operations. In the past Scott has given back to his community serving in elected positions as City Councilman and Mayor for the City of Norwalk, IA. On off days, you can find Scott spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.

Her robust experience includes working with Carriers, Wholesalers, and Agencies in Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits. She has helped multiple customers gain capacity lift and profitable growth through partnerships with third party service centers and technology solutions.

Throughout her career, she has been responsible for managing relationships with top insurance customers including Prudential, Commonwealth Annuity, AFLAC, Lockton and AmWINS. Juniper has helped her customers improve service quality and cost structure and is considered a trusted advisor to many.

Bob Radecki has over 30 years of experience in the HR and employee benefits industry and is recognized as a leading expert on a variety of benefit compliance issues including COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA and Health Reform. He leads a team of employee benefits attorneys and analysts whose focus is helping employers deal with difficult benefit compliance matters. Prior to his current role Bob founded and served as President of A.E. Roberts Company, a nationally recognized compliance consulting and training firm. Bob has been the featured speaker at many industry events and conferences and has published several articles concerning employee benefits compliance issues.

Cheryl Kusick

Cheryl joined ReSource Pro in 2018 and leads our Operations Advisory Team. She is currently focused on supporting and consulting our clients in Change Management, developing standardized effective processes, leading end-to-end value stream mapping, and developing success measurements. Prior to joining ReSource Pro, she held various leadership roles with a U.S.-based insurance carrier, including serving as Vice President of Employee Benefits Operations. In this role, she was responsible for the implementation of technology and process improvement advancements to improve efficiency and the customer experience. She has also led cultural and business transformations as well as business process outsourcing transitions across multiple global locations for both business processing and customer contact centers.

Steve Murphy

Steve Murphy is an experienced strategic leader with demonstrated operational acumen and a history of success delivering significant measurable outcomes. Prior to his work with Horace Mann and NTA, he was a Principal Consultant with The Nolan Company, where he led major projects in operations management, operational efficiency, process design, call center management and design, continuous quality improvement, agency management, compensation design, strategic planning, organizational design, and operational redesign.

Cheryl Kusick

Cheryl joined ReSource Pro in 2018 and leads our Operations Advisory Team. She is currently focused on supporting and consulting our clients in Change Management, developing standardized effective processes, leading end-to-end value stream mapping, and developing success measurements. Prior to joining ReSource Pro, she held various leadership roles with a U.S.-based insurance carrier, including serving as Vice President of Employee Benefits Operations. In this role, she was responsible for the implementation of technology and process improvement advancements to improve efficiency and the customer experience. She has also led cultural and business transformations as well as business process outsourcing transitions across multiple global locations for both business processing and customer contact centers.

Juniper has more than 16 years of insurance sales and operations experience. She has worked in the field selling insurance for the Citigroup companies, in operations for Farmers Insurance, and been in the Business Process Outsourcing and Technology space for the last 12 years in multiple operations and business development roles.

Her robust experience includes working with Carriers, Wholesalers, and Agencies in Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits. She has helped multiple customers gain capacity lift and profitable growth through partnerships with third party service centers and technology solutions.

Throughout her career, she has been responsible for managing relationships with top insurance customers including Prudential, Commonwealth Annuity, AFLAC, Lockton and AmWINS. Juniper has helped her customers improve service quality and cost structure and is considered a trusted advisor to many.
