This year’s ReSource Pro Summit event 2025 is scheduled for April 22-24, 2025.

Summit is ReSource Pro's exclusive client event, offering insurance leaders the opportunity to connect with peers and gain tailored, topical insights for their organizations.

Summit is reserved for ReSource Pro clients, including insurance carriers, retail agents and brokers, wholesalers, and MGAs. If you are interested in attending Summit but are not a current client of ReSource Pro, please contact us here to discuss your options.

You can modify your existing registration here by scrolling to the bottom of the registration page on our Summit website and click "Already Registered? View or modify your existing registration".

Your last day to register is Wednesday, April 16. We highly recommend registering as soon as possible, both to ensure you secure your spot and to accommodate any necessary travel arrangements.

Summit 2025 will take place at the historic Vinoy Resort & Golf Club, where a block of rooms is reserved for attendees. To book your stay, please visit the Hotel page on the event site.

The nearest major airport to St. Petersburg is Tampa International Airport (TPA), approximately 20 miles from The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club. Alternatively, St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is about 15 miles away.

If you registered for a master class: Master classes begin at 1pm ET on Tuesday, April 22nd.

If you will not be attending a master class: Summit 2025 officially kicks off with our Golden Hour Social welcome reception, which begins at 6pm ET on Tuesday, April 22nd.

For daytime sessions, the attire is business casual. For our evening events, we highly encourage you to join the fun and dress on-theme!

  • Golden Hour Social: Embrace the Sunshine City with your best casual Florida wear! Tropical prints are encouraged. Please note that this will be an evening outdoor event, so layers may be helpful.
  • Decades Crawl Farewell Party: To honor the Vinoy's 100-year anniversary, we encourage you to "choose your decade” - whether you opt for a ‘20s glam look or a retro ‘70s-inspired outfit, this is your chance to embrace a bygone fashion era! Both locations will feature food, dancers, live music, and more surprises.

This is our welcome reception taking place on Tuesday, April 22nd at 6pm ET on the Bay View Terrace. Wear your best Florida wear and embrace the citrus and palm leaves. This is a casual event. Note this event will be outdoors. Dress accordingly.

Experience a night in the streets of St. Pete. Decade-themed locations allow for you to experience not one venue, but two distinct venues. Stop by My Rich Uncle for a trip into the 1920s. Move over to the ever-popular Goodnight John Boy for dancing and disco. To honor Vinoy's 100-year anniversary, we encourage you to pick your decade for your attire. There will be food, dancers, and many more surprises at both locations.

For Master Class attendees: You may visit the registration desk between in the Royal Palm Foyer between 11:00 AM ET and 1:00 PM ET.

For all other attendees: You may check in at our Golden Hour Social welcome reception anytime from 6:00 PM ET – 9:00 PM ET.

For Wednesday and Thursday arrivals, please visit the registration desk between 7:00 AM ET and- 9:00 AM ET to check in.

Yes. Dinner will be provided at the Golden Hour social on Day 0 (Tuesday, April 22nd). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided on Day 1 (Wednesday, April 23rd) and Day 2 (Thursday, April 24th).

Anyone who is not in a client meeting at that time is encouraged to join the Women in Insurance Luncheon.

Yes, a conference app will be announced 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference. We enourage attendees to download the app, network, and begin to build your own agendas.
